SpectraPower was founded with the express intent of performing work for others and strictly respecting their Intellectual Property (IP), without encumbering or contaminating them with SpectraPower developed IP. We encourage our customers to use and develop their own IP, without our involvement. This is a core tenant of our business, as SpectraPower's success depends on its ability to protect its customers' IP. If it becomes unavoidable and necessary, SpectraPower will provide IP support under contract.

 

SpectraPower does not claim ownership of customer-provided materials or cell designs and at no time will impose intellectual property or licensing restrictions on the independent evaluation of fabricated cells. Background intellectual property related to SpectraPower’s fabrication processes and know-how remains proprietary; however, this know-how is leveraged solely to ensure the highest quality prototype cell build for you.

 

SpectraPower protects its customer-provided materials by maintaining them in a secure facility, only accessible by authorized personnel. Upon conclusion of customer testing, SpectraPower will destroy or return all materials and cells as requested by its customers. This ensures a "clean" development environment for your company.
